We are a Main Street hometown, American neighborhood pub.  The Green Gate is all about the people who spend their time here.   Cocktails, great conversation and delicious food in a place where everyone is welcome. The bar has an extensive Martini menu.  Philippe is usually not far pouring drafts from our assortment of beers, uncorking wine and shaking up some of the best Martinis in Syracuse.  Over the years, our look has evolved and changed, but it only gets better!  Since 2007, we have been cooking up food in Camillus, as well as offering evenings of entertainment with some of the best local music around.  From Jazz to Blues to Bluegrass to Rock, over the years our walls have held some of the best musicians in Central New York.  Here at the Green Gate, besides being about the people,  it's also about the food.  From simple pub items to dinner dishes, we strive on giving our customers the best and tastiest product for their money. Our main menu has the basics of pub fare, while our daily specials offer American fare as well as German, Ukrainian, French and seafood specials.  We hand make cabbage rolls, pierogi, spaetzles, schnitzels, crepes and soups, in addition to all of our other house made offerings.  Our specials change daily, but many of our favorites repeat throughout the month.  Wednesday is Ukrainian night when you will find Ukrainian soups and specialties.  Thursdays, in addition to being "Jazz in Burbs" night, we offer German Specials including schnitzels, soups, spaetzles and sauerbraten.   On Fridays, we have the best haddock specials in town that often include Ritz baked Haddock, Fried Dinners and Sandwiches, Stuffed Haddock, Salmon, Shrimp and Pasta.  Also, be on the lookout for stuffed savory French crepes and dessert crepes.  We cater off site and host banquets for up to 100 people here in the restaurant.  From small events to big parties, call us and meet with the chef to discuss your options.  We have years of experience and can put together anything: birthdays, weddings, showers, celebrations of life and more.  So, if you are looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a great cocktail and a delicious meal, stop in and see us!
